Dr Rhyne came to Statesville in 1974 and opened an office on Stockton Street for the solo practice of Internal Medicine. In 1985 he moved to the present location at 757 Bryant Street to be near Iredell Memorial Hospital. The office has had 2 additions since that time to accommodate growth . The Lipid Center was opened in 1997 and 2 other providers have joined the practice since then. Dr Rhyne sees adults for primary care daily by appointments. He has a special interest in Lipids which are fats in the blood that can lead to heart disease.

Dr. Rhyne is a member of the American College of Physicians, North Carolina Medical Society and the Iredell County Medical Society. He frequently serves as a speaker and consultant for major pharmaceutical companies.
