Our office is open for patients from 8 am until 5 pm Monday through Thursday and 8 am until 1 pm on Fridays, by appointment only. We do have some same day and next day appointments available for urgent situations. If you need to speak with a provider after office hours, please call the Iredell Memorial Hospital at 704-873-5661. If you ever experience a life threatening emergency, please dial 911 immediately.

If you are unable to keep your appointment, we ask that you please reschedule at least within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time. We contract with most health insurance plans, and we are one of the few providers in the area that participate with Tricare. We ask that co-payments be paid at the time of service, and that you bring your insurance card and current prescriptions with you to every office visit. Our staff is dedicated to protecting your privacy when it comes to your personal healthcare information. In addition, we are required by law to maintain the confidentiality of health information that identifies you, as well as to provide you with this notice of our legal duties and the privacy policies.
